Who am I? As a trained Life Coach, and member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), my gifts are my deep intuition and my ability to believe in others until they can believe in themselves. My informal Coach training began organically while working as an independent producer and interacting with emerging African filmmakers, though a very successful program I founded called the Focus Features Africa First Short Film Program. My consistent ability to cultivate cinematic talent and to nurture people on a mission to reach their potential and create their best work deeply inspired me get the formal training I needed to make this mission my exclusive focus.
